Launch of a high performance sports vehicle. Three events in one for different target audiences:

  • Media - 150 journalists from all over the world for three weeks.

  • Sales&Product Kick-Off: The brand’s worldwide distribution network for in-depth briefing on the product.

OUR PROPOSAL

  • After ruling out other options, both in Europe and in Spain, because of the weather, we recommended southern Spain because of its excellent driving circuit infrastructure and weather.
  • 3 events in one adapting each launch to each specific target audience.
  • 360º management of all three events: transfers, accommodation, restaurants, on-circuit testing, designing personalised routes, etc.

The company wanted to provide a touch of style, design and luxury in the presentation of its new model, both in its relationship with the media and with its customers and dealers. That’s why we recommended offering the experience of living the brand lifestyle, not just an event.
