Briefing

Our client, one of the most prestigious marques of sports vehicles in the world, wanted to organise a charity auction together with a cocktail and dinner for clients and media invited by the brand. Altogether, around 150 people in Paris.

OUR PROPOSAL

  • To create a communications concept for the event inspired by the communications strategy from the roadshow beforehand, highlighting its charitable nature.
  • We took the risk of holding the entire event in a different, highly unusual space, following the parameters set down by the client for an unusual, central space with room to display the vehicle and that would be easy to get to.

 

Style

A different place, yet traditional, which we dressed in red: a yacht on the banks of the Seine.

Experience

Thanks to our long experience we were able to manage the entire event: from the invitation to the reception/confirmation, videos and running the auction itself.

Exclusivity

Exclusivity is shown in the details. Ours was the decision to support the organisation of a charity auction with exclusive objects signed by Fernando Alonso and Felipe Massa for which the marque’s customers bid.
