Our client, a leading cosmetic products multinational, wanted to carry out a product launch for 100-150 people in an unusual venue in Spain. They wanted the launch to convey the new product’s values, with innovation, technology and research at the forefront. All this without forgetting the company’s other values such as style, modernity and sophistication.
All the services we contracted had a defined personality of their own, with glamour and sophistication, as well as reinforcing the presence of the product from the beginning to the end of the trip.
The gala dinner was held in one of the city’s most fashionable restaurants. The decoration and nationality of the space were matched with that of the product and our client, lending the perfect finishing touch to the whole event.
The launch was in a room with capacity for 18 people at the most, located in a Cold War bunker, 20 metres below ground level. In order to get there, guests had to cross a glass corridor which, like the room, was suspended from the ceiling. A James Bond-style entrance to a movie-like space.
It was the first time that the owner of the facilities had ever allowed an event to be held there.
