Our clients, a leading financial institution, wanted to have a 4-5 day customer loyalty trip for their VIP clients.
Iceland, land of adventure and challenges, was the destination we chose, combining driving in 4x4s over all sorts of terrain and in all kinds of conditions (snow, ice, land or crossing fast-flowing deep rivers) with visits to the most secret and spectacular spots on the island.
A well-known TV explorer shared this adventure with the guests, lending his personality and energy to the trip.
We designed an ad hoc route for this group, putting special effort into achieving something very special which had never been done on the island.
It wasn’t just one experience, but many. In fact the whole trip was packed with unforgettable experiences. We also made the event environmentally sustainable by compensating for the CO2 emitted and gave it an interactive touch by using specific applications the guests had available on their tablets with detailed information (videos, documents, pdfs, photo gallery) while they were completing the journey.
A special permit which is rarely granted allowed us to drive across the dunes and volcanic lava beaches next to the ocean. We define exclusivity as the possibility of living, as a group, experiences which one person on their own would never be able to have.
